Introduction

The Energy Centre was founded in 2002 by Usui Reiki Master Tracy White whose years of experience in Reiki and energy healing has seen the centre grow exponentially over the last seven years. The centre has become widely known as a training institution and is avalable as a venue for workshops and courses. Situated in Winston Park, KZN, South Africa, The Energy Centre began by providing treatments in the EMF Balancing Technique(R) and Reiki, and then teaching transformational self-empowerment Reiki courses.

Students usually begin with the 12-week Reiki course. Some wish to complete the refresher course which provides more in-depth information and new skills to use in conjunction with their Reiki sessions. People wishing to advance further may do the Reiki Master's course.

A place where people who're passionate about personal transformation and spiritual awakening can get together in a relaxed, informal setting to share their knowledge, ideas and experiences.

There are no religious, political or other ideologies attached to this initiative, nor any commercial objectives. Befinity was created simply to address an apparent need among the growing number of people with an interest in contemporary spirituality. The concept is similar to that of a book club, but different in the sense that the material that forms the basis of group discussions is not limited to books - it includes other media such as DVD's, audio CD's, etc. The meetings are theme based, with group members acting together deciding on themes and each member then being free to put forward book and / or other media titles for discussion under each theme. No special knowledge or skills are required - just minds that are curious and open, attitudes that are respectful of others views, hearts that are caring and kind, and spirits that are fearless.
